Reservations and acceptance

To  ask  for the Availability of rooms you use the request form of availability of our website.

Receipt the request we answer  within 24 hours with an email of Communication of room availability in which we indicate the conditions of stay, the prices and the methods of payment. We respond to everyone, even in the case of non-availability.

To make a reservation just reply with an email to our availability communication.

The Chamber is intended Confirmed only by sending our booking confirmation email and whit payment within two days of a deposit corresponding to 20% of the stay by bank transfer or paypal.

We reserve the right to replace the room assigned to the guest with other level equal or higher without notice and without increase in price.

Prices and Payment methods

The Price of the Stay is what we communicate in the email acceptance of the reservation.

With the confirmation of the reservation we ask, as a guarantee,  Credit card informations. These informations are not used to charge the cost of the stay but only for the collection of any penalty due for cancellation or reduction of the stay.

The Price of the stay will be paid either in advance by bank transfer or at check-in, cash or by paypal.

Cancellations

The Cancellation or reduction of a reservation already confirmed must be communicated by email to:  starnonenapoli@libero.it .

You can cancel or reduce your reservation, without any charge, until fifteen days before  the arrival.

For cancellations or reductions of the stay communicated between fifteen and five days before the arrival, we charge a penalty corresponding to 20% of the stay.

For cancellations or reduction of the stay communicated in the five days before the arrival, we charge a penalty corresponding to 100% of the stay.

In  Case  of  No-show,  we charge a Penalty amount equal to the cost of the entire stay.

If the guest arrives but does not want to stay in the B&B, he must pay the full amount of the stay.

If the guest arrives and asks to reduce the stay, he must pay the full amount of the stay.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION IMPLIES ACCEPTANCE OF OUR CANCELLATIONS AND DEPOSIT TERMS.
